  • Hi Richard! Glad you love the RUX 70L! We are continuing to refine all aspects of the product, including the shoulder straps. Not sure if you have our first or second gen straps, but they continue to get better, and Spring ‘23 they’re even more comfortable. Can you fire an email to [email protected] ? We’d be happy to upgrade you.

  • Love the Rux boxes. I have purchased 3 now. I use the backpack set up often, and would like to comment that a better quality strap system would be expected for a box of this price point. The ones feel a little cheap IMO and certainly could be more comfortable.
    … really my only issue. Im in film and we have to lug our stuff sometimes a distance, so having something that doesnt cut into the skin would be nice.
